To strengthen liquidity across our derivatives markets, we are launching a liquidity enhancement initiative tailored to market makers offering tight spread quotes (near best bid/ask) on select contract pairs. Key terms are outlined below:

• Program participation requires registration and is restricted to market makers. Interested entities must coordinate with assigned institutional BD representatives for enrollment.
• Randomized 5-second snapshots of limit orders on designated pairs (17,280 daily captures).
•  Daily depth measurement: Average order depth within ±X% of mid-price (bid-ask midpoint）
• Weighted depth = [±X% depth] × pair-specific weight W.
• X% and W values vary per contract pair (see table below, subject to monthly adjustments):

•  Anti-gaming protocols include mandatory Post Only orders for API traders on incentivized pairs.
