    Banking system upgrade maintenance
    Dear HashKey Global Clients,

    Due to scheduled core system maintenance by some partner banks this Saturday, certain deposit and withdrawal services will be temporarily unavailable.

    Impact Period: From 09:00 on March 28, 2026 to 00:00 on March 29, 2026. 

    Scope of Impact: During this period, only selected partner banks will be supported (please refer to the HashKey fiat deposit page for the list of available banks). Transaction requests processed through affected partner banks may fail or remain pending until the system is restored. 

    Services are expected to resume in the early hours of March 29, 2026. Any changes will be communicated separately.

    Bank System Upgrade and Maintenance

    Due to routine core system upgrades and maintenance by some of our partner banks this Saturday, certain deposit and withdrawal services will be temporarily affected.

    Affected period: From 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM on 21 March 2026.

    Scope of impact: During this period, only certain partner banks will be supported (you can check the specific available banks by logging in to the Hashkey fiat deposit page). Transactions processed through the affected partner banks may fail or remain pending until the systems are restored.

    Services are expected to return to normal on the early morning of 22 March 2026. Any changes to this schedule will be announced separately. We appreciate your understanding and support, and please make arrangements in advance as needed.
