    How to withdraw fiat currency in HashKey Global?

    After HashKey Global has successfully whitelisted your bank account, you can initiate a withdrawal request from the whitelisted bank account.
    1. Select Assets > Fiat Account > Account Overview and click the "Withdraw" button under the corresponding currency.

    2. Select the asset, enter the withdrawal amount and select the receiving bank account
    *Note: Only bank accounts that have passed the deposit authentication whitelist can be selected

    3. Click the "Next" button, and a payment information confirmation box will pop up. Check and confirm the payment information.

    4. Click the "Confirm" button and a withdrawal confirmation box will pop up.

    5. Click the "Confirm" button, a security prompt will pop up, you need to enter the verification code, click "Confirm" to initiate the withdrawal

    How long does it take for a fiat currency withdrawal to be credited to my bank account?
    When you initiate a fiat withdrawal through your account, HashKey Global will begin processing it immediately.
    Please note that fiat withdrawals require coordination with external banking partners and are therefore
    outside the direct control of HashKey Global.
    As a result, there may be delays in processing, and the actual time of receipt will ultimately depend on your receiving bank.

    Which bank accounts can be used for fiat withdrawals from HashKey Global?

    The receiving bank account must be in the same name as your HashKey account. Currently, only fiat whitelist accounts (i.e. bank accounts that have successfully deposited to HashKey Global) are supported. Withdrawals cannot be made to bank accounts in someone else's name or to your own non-whitelisted accounts.
    *Please note: If a fiat withdrawal failed due to non-compliance with our policies, and to ensure the safety of your assets, HashKey Global may require you to provide additional documentation to facilitate a successful withdrawal. HashKey Global reserves the right to interpret and adjust these rules as the business evolves.

    Why does my fiat withdrawal request show as successful, but I haven't received the funds?

    A successful withdrawal request that does not result in the funds being credited to your account generally means that while Hashkey Global has completed the transfer, the receiving bank, due to its risk controls or for some other reason, has either automatically refunded the amount or processed a reversal at your request. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at support@global-cs.hashkey.com immediately.

    What should I do if my fiat withdrawal from Hashkey Global failed?

    Since withdrawals are only supported to fiat whitelist accounts, a withdrawal may fail for one or more of the following reasons:
    1. You provided incorrect bank account information, such as bank code or branch code.
    2. The interbank transfer failed for reasons such as bank risk controls.
    3. Platform or bank system issues (for example, during a bank system upgrade).
    4. Information required for cross-border transfers is missing. Such information varies by country/region. Please confirm the required information with your bank before initiating a withdrawal.
    If your withdrawal failed, please first login to your Hashkey Global account to verify your bank account information. If any of the information is incorrect, please resubmit your request with the correct information. If the failure is not due to incorrect account details, please contact our customer support team at

    What are the fees for withdrawing fiat currency from HashKey Global?

    1) For USD withdrawals, the fee is USD 30 per transaction.
    Please note that the withdrawal fees do not include any fees charged by intermediary banks or the receiving bank. Please contact your bank for details of such fees.

    Why is the amount credited different from the amount I requested for my fiat withdrawal?
    Your bank or any third-party intermediary may deduct additional fees during the wire transfer process. These fees are determined solely by your bank or intermediary and are not related to the fee schedule provided by Hashkey Global. Please contact your bank for more details.
