Why is my bank showing a successful transfer, but my HashKey account has not been credited?
Interbank transfers take time to process. Therefore, even if your bank indicates that the transfer has been completed, it does not necessarily mean that HashKey Global has received the funds. Once HashKey Global receives the funds, we will process your deposit immediately. In general:
1) Transfers via TT/SWIFT usually take between 1-3 business days to reach HashKey.2)If your transfer involves a third-party payment channel, it may affect the retrieval of bank account details between banks, which may result in the return of your transfer. The exact date of the return will depend on your bank's processing schedule. Please contact your bank directly for details.
3) Please note: The fiat channel is currently available to users in selected regions. Users in other regions, please wait for future updates. -
