    Proof of Identity

    Supported document requirements
    1. The passport/ID and the photo on it must be your own, with clear facial features and outlines, without any tampering.
    2. The passport/ID must be an original photo (still image) or a color-scanned version (not a screenshot or a photo uploaded from a social network), no editing allowed.
    3. Both sides of the ID card should be uploaded, with the national emblem on the front side and the encoded information on the back side.
    4. The passport/ID will not expire in the next 3 months.
    5. The text content on the document must be clearly visible, including the full name, date of birth, nationality, document number, barcode, validity period data, machine readable zone (MRZ) and other important information.
    6. All corners of the document should be visible, no foreign objects or graphic elements, no scratches, stains, tears, reflective spots or foreign objects, and no software has been used to edit or convert to PDF.

    **华侨的地址证明不可以是不支持国家/地区的地址证明 (仅HashKey Global支持的国家，点击查看不支持国家)
    支持的文件类型
    1. 公用事业账单，如水电费、燃气费、固网电话、家庭宽带、有线电视月结单据
    2. 税务发票或政府发出的居民证明/证书
    3. 银行对账单/结单、信用卡对账单/结单
    4. 手机账单
    5. 保险结算单
    6. 可支持的公寓/酒店租房合同
    *用户提交租房合同必须包含, 与注册用户同名, 一年租房合同和到期日从开户算起3个月。
     
    支持的文件要求
    1. 需包含您清晰、完整的姓名、现居住地址（不能为商业地址）、签发日期
    2. 您的姓名须与您证件上的姓名保持完全一致
    3. 签发日期距今在三个月以内
    4. 未经任何编辑的真实文件或原始文件扫描本
    5. 需要清晰显示发出机构的资料，例如发出的政府机关、公用事业机构等

    提交住址證明文件時的注意事項

    HashKey Global使用先進的自動化簽名和圖元分析技術來鑒別您所提供的證明檔，旨在確保上傳的文件未經篡改。為了確保您的資訊順利審核通過，建議您在提交住址證明材料前確認以下事項：

    基本要求：

    -需包含您清晰、完整的姓名、現居住地址（不能為商業地址）、簽發日期；

    -您的姓名須與您證件上的姓名保持完全一致；

    -簽發日期距今三個月以內；

    -未經任何編輯的真實文件或文件掃描本。

    -需要清楚顯示發出機構的資料，例如發出的政府機關、公用事業機構等。

    檔案格式：
       - 支援PDF、JPG、JPEG、PNG格式的檔上傳，最多5份，單份檔不超過5M，內容清晰可見。
    檔案上傳：
      - 檔應為原始照片（靜態圖像）或掃描件（不可以是从外部拍攝的電腦/手機螢幕截圖或從社交網路上傳的照片）；
      - 如果檔正反兩面都有資料，則應上傳兩面的照片；
      - 需確保檔中的資訊可讀，包括申請人的全名、家庭位址和檔簽發日期（如有）資訊存在且可讀；
      - 檔的所有角落可見，沒有劃痕、污漬或撕裂，沒有外來物體或圖形元素，沒有使用任何軟體進行編輯或轉換為PDF。
     
    支持的檔案類型：
       - 公用事業賬單，如水電費、燃氣費、固網電話、家庭寬帶、有線電視月結單據；
       - 銀行對賬單/結單、信用卡對賬單/結單。
       - 稅務發票或政府發出的的居民證明/證書；
       - 保險結算單;
       - 手機帳單;
       - 駕駛證 / 身份證 / 居留許可證（僅適用於日本、韓國）
      注：可接受的地址證明會不時更改。是否接受地址證明則視乎我們的最終決定。
    不支持的檔案類型：
       - 从外部拍攝的電腦/手機螢幕截圖，護照，地理照片，收據，郵政信箱或轉交地址，非持牌金融機構的帳單（如數位貨幣錢包服務機構的帳單、金融科技企業的帳單等）。

    不支持的國家/地區：

      - 需確保您的位址不屬於HashKey Global不支持的國家（詳見：為什麼我所在的國家/地區未列出？ ）

  • HashKey Global Team

    提交身份認證材料時需要注意什麼？

    HashKey Global使用先進的自動化簽名和圖元分析技術來鑒別您所提供的證明檔，旨在確保上傳的文件未經篡改。為了確保您的資訊順利審核通過，建議您在提交住址證明材料前確認以下事項：
    HashKey Global目前只接受國際標準的護照以及政府認可的身份ID證件這兩種證件，在提交身份認證時請注意以下幾點：

    • 證件格式：
       - 支持 PDF、JPG、JPEG、PNG 格式的文件上傳；
      - 文件大小不得小於 100 KB 或 300 DPI。

    • 證件上傳：
      - 證件必須為未經任何篡改的本人證件，證件人臉照片必須為本人，並且有清楚的五官和輪廓；
      - 證件必須是彩色的原始照片（靜態圖像）或掃描件（不是螢幕截圖或從社交網路上傳的照片）；
      - 如果證件的正反兩面都有資料，則應上傳兩面的照片；
      - 需確保證件不會在未來3個月內到期；
      - 證件上的文字內容需清晰可見，包括姓名全名、出生日期、國籍、證件號碼、條碼、有效期資料、機讀區（MRZ）和其他重要資訊存在且可讀；
      - 證件的所有角落可見，沒有外來物體或圖形元素，沒有劃痕、污漬、撕裂、反光點或異物，沒有使用任何軟體進行編輯或轉換為PDF。

     

    海外證件需要注意事項（僅中國大陸客戶需要上傳）

    如果您擁有中國大陸護照，並持有海外長期居住許可證或簽證，您可以先上傳中國大陸護照作為基礎證件，然後再上傳海外證件。（注意：中國大陸用戶必須同時持有中國大陸護照和海外證件，否則無法進行KYC認證）
    當您上傳海外證件時，請務必注意選擇正確的類型。海外證件類型分為簽證和海外身份證兩種。系統會根據您選擇的類型自動要求您上傳單頁或雙頁的資料。選擇錯誤可能導致需要上傳雙面證件的情況被認為是單面，這可能導致KYC認證被拒絕。


    1. 居住許可證類型
    一般來說，簽證通常是單頁（新加坡工作證除外，需要雙面)，另外請注意，旅遊簽證和一次性簽證是不被接受的。可以接受的簽證類型包括工作簽證、留學簽證、居住許可證等長期簽證。


    2. 海外身份證
    海外的身份證通常是雙面的，有些國家可能有例外，但系統會給予提示。
