Overseas Document Guidelines (for Mainland Chinese Customers Only)
If you possess a Chinese passport and hold long-term residence permit or visas for residing abroad, you can proceed with KYC by first uploading your Chinese passport as the primary document. Subsequently, you can upload your overseas document. (Note: Mainland Chinese users must possess both a Chinese passport and an overseas document to proceed with KYC.)
When uploading overseas documents, please make sure to select the correct type. Overseas documents are divided into two types: residence permit and overseas ID cards. The system will automatically request you to upload single or double-sided materials based on your selection. Choosing incorrectly may result in the double-sided documents being treated as single-sided, which could lead to KYC authentication being rejected.

1. Residence permit
Generally, visas are usually single-sided (except for Singapore work permits, which require double-sided). Also, please note that tourist visas and one-time documents are not accepted. Accepted visa types include work permits, study visas, and long-term residency permits.
2. Overseas ID Cards
Overseas identity cards are usually double-sided, with some countries possibly having exceptions, but the system will provide prompts.
