Dear Users,
To further strengthen market risk management and improve the trading experience, HashKey Global will, effective 4 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8), delist BTCUSD (perpetual contract) and USD/USDT (spot).
Users holding related positions or assets, or planning to trade these pairs, are advised to take note and prepare in advance.
1. Pairs to Be Delisted
HashKey Global will delist the following trading pairs:
- BTCUSD (perpetual contract)
- USD/USDT (spot)

Please note:
- From 4 September 2026 09:00:00 (UTC+8), users will be restricted from opening new BTCUSD positions and from placing new USD/USDT spot trades.
- From 4 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8), BTCUSD and USD/USDT will be officially delisted.
- Regarding BTCUSD (perpetual contract): HashKey Global will close and auto-settle remaining positions at 4 September 2026 10:30:00 (UTC+8). The settlement price will be the average Mark Price recorded every 5 seconds over the 30 minutes before delisting. Auto-settlement will not charge any additional fees. The full settlement process is expected to complete within 30 minutes.
- Regarding USD/USDT (spot): Trading will stop after delisting, and unfilled orders will be cancelled under the schedule above. Assets already held in your account are not affected by the delisting (you may still withdraw them or use them for other online trading in accordance with platform rules, subject to the client interface).
- To avoid potential losses or trading disruption, please handle BTCUSD positions and USD/USDT unfilled orders before 4 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8).
- To continue trading BTC-related perpetuals, please use BTCUSDT or other pairs that remain listed; for spot needs, please refer to other online spot pairs (rules and parameters as shown in the client).
- API / strategy users: Please review programmatic trading, conditional orders, and strategy parameters, and stop placing orders on BTCUSD (perpetual contract) and USD/USDT (spot).
3. Effective Arrangements
- From 4 September 2026 09:00 (UTC+8): stop new BTCUSD openings and new USD/USDT spot trading; same day 10:00 (UTC+8) official delisting; from same day 10:30 (UTC+8) auto-close and settle remaining BTCUSD positions and cancel unfilled USD/USDT orders (see Section 2).
- Please close BTCUSD positions before official delisting where possible; please handle USD/USDT unfilled orders in advance. Settlement and order-handling rules follow Section 2; actual execution is subject to the client and any follow-up notices.
- After delisting takes effect, you may view the list of tradable products on the HashKey Global futures / spot trading pages, or via the Help Center. The client’s real-time display shall prevail.
4. Disclaimer
Digital asset and derivatives trading involves significant risk and may result in loss of principal. HashKey Global reserves the right to further adjust the listing/delisting of contracts and spot pairs, and related rules, in light of market conditions. If this notice is updated, the latest platform announcements and client display shall prevail.
