1. Pairs to Be Delisted

• BTCUSD (perpetual contract)

2. Delisting Schedule

1. From 4 September 2026 09:00:00 (UTC+8), users will be restricted from opening new BTCUSD positions and from placing new USD/USDT spot trades.
2. From 4 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8), BTCUSD and USD/USDT will be officially delisted.
3. Regarding BTCUSD (perpetual contract): HashKey Global will close and auto-settle remaining positions at 4 September 2026 10:30:00 (UTC+8). The settlement price will be the average Mark Price recorded every 5 seconds over the 30 minutes before delisting. Auto-settlement will not charge any additional fees. The full settlement process is expected to complete within 30 minutes.
4. Regarding USD/USDT (spot): Trading will stop after delisting, and unfilled orders will be cancelled under the schedule above. Assets already held in your account are not affected by the delisting (you may still withdraw them or use them for other online trading in accordance with platform rules, subject to the client interface).
5. To avoid potential losses or trading disruption, please handle BTCUSD positions and USD/USDT unfilled orders before 4 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8).
6. To continue trading BTC-related perpetuals, please use BTCUSDT or other pairs that remain listed; for spot needs, please refer to other online spot pairs (rules and parameters as shown in the client).
7. API / strategy users: Please review programmatic trading, conditional orders, and strategy parameters, and stop placing orders on BTCUSD (perpetual contract) and USD/USDT (spot).

3. Effective Arrangements

1. From 4 September 2026 09:00 (UTC+8): stop new BTCUSD openings and new USD/USDT spot trading; same day 10:00 (UTC+8) official delisting; from same day 10:30 (UTC+8) auto-close and settle remaining BTCUSD positions and cancel unfilled USD/USDT orders (see Section 2).
2. Please close BTCUSD positions before official delisting where possible; please handle USD/USDT unfilled orders in advance. Settlement and order-handling rules follow Section 2; actual execution is subject to the client and any follow-up notices.
3. After delisting takes effect, you may view the list of tradable products on the HashKey Global futures / spot trading pages, or via the Help Center. The client’s real-time display shall prevail.

1. Trading Adjustment: The above tokens will be moved to the Observation Zone at 16:00 on May 29, 2026 (UTC+8).
2. Execution time:

• The above tokens trading pair will be officially delisted and trading will cease at 16:00 on June 5, 2026 (UTC+8).
• Customers who have pending orders for this trading pair are required to cancel the orders before the delisting. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel these orders.
• Once the delisting of spot trading is completed, you can find your assets under My Assets > Funding Account.

• Only the USDC/USDT spot trading pair will be delisted. Deposit and withdrawal services for the relevant assets remain unaffected and fully functional.

• At 16:00 on May 27, 2026 (UTC+8): EDGEN/USDT、SOON/USDT、STO/USDT

1. Trading Adjustment: The above tokens will be moved to the Observation Zone at 16:00 on May 19, 2026 (UTC+8).
2. Suspension on deposit: The above tokens' deposit will permanently close at 16:00 on May 21, 2026, 2026 (UTC+8). If you have the above assets, please manage your assets promptly.
3. Execution time:

• The above tokens trading pair will be officially delisted and trading will cease at 16:00 on May 27, 2026 (UTC+8).
• Customers who have pending orders for this trading pair are required to cancel the orders before the delisting. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel these orders.
• Once the delisting of spot trading is completed, you can find your assets under My Assets > Funding Account.

4. Suspension on withdrawal: Withdrawals will remain open for users until 17:00 on Aug 21, 2026 (UTC+8). Please manage your assets promptly.

• If you currently hold any of the above tokens, please ensure you complete the withdrawal by 17:00 (UTC+8) on 21 Aug 2026.
• If you do not complete the withdrawal by the above deadline, you can find your assets under My Assets > Funding Account.After this, you will no longer be able to withdraw funds directly. If you require assistance, please feel free to contact us via HashKey Global Support.
