Notice of Delisting of Spot Trading Pairs - 2026-04-24
Dear HashKey Global Clients,
In order to maintain a robust spot trading environment, we constantly monitor the performance of all listed trading pairs and review their listing qualifications on a regular basis.
Based on the HashKey Global Token Management Rules, HashKey Global will delist and cease trading on the following spot trading pairs:
- At 16:00 pm on May 4, 2026 (UTC+8): EPT, SNIFT.
The arrangements for the delisting are as follows:
- Trading Adjustment: The above tokens will be moved to the Observation Zone at 21:00 pm on April 24, 2026 (UTC+8).
- Suspension on deposit: The above tokens' deposit will permanently close at 16:00 pm on April 30, 2026 (UTC+8). If you have above assets, please manage your assets promptly.
- Execution time:
- The above tokens trading pair will be officially delisted and trading will cease at 16:00 pm on May 4, 2026 (UTC+8).
- Customers who have pending orders for this trading pair are required to cancel the orders before the delisting. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel these orders.
- Once the delisting of spot trading is completed, you can find your assets under My Assets > Funding Account.
- Suspension on withdrawal: Withdrawals will remain open for users until 17:00 pm on Jul 30, 2026 (UTC+8). Please manage your assets promptly.
Please Note:
- If you currently hold any of the above tokens, please ensure you complete the withdrawal by 17:00 (UTC+8) on 30 July 2026.
- If you do not complete the withdrawal by the above deadline, you can find your assets under My Assets > Funding Account.After this, you will no longer be able to withdraw funds directly. If you require assistance, please feel free to contact us via HashKey Global Support.

We constantly monitor the performance of all listed trading pairs and the platform has detected issues of insufficient liquidity and price deviation with the SIREN/USDT spot trading pair, which poses significant risks.
To safeguard the security of platform assets, we have decided to delist the SIREN/USDT trading pair, effective immediately.
The arrangements for the delisting are as follows:

HashKey Global will perform an emergency delisting of the following perpetual futures at 2026-04-03 10:30 (UTC): XRPUSDT, SUIUSDT, DOGEUSDT, XAUTUSDT, SOLUSDT, BNBUSDT, ADAUSDT, TRUMPUSDT, LTCUSDT.
The arrangements for the delisting are as follows: The perpetual futures will be delisted at 2026-04-03 10:30 (UTC).
Please Note:
- Users are not allowed to open new positions for the aforementioned contracts starting from 2026-04-03 09:30 (UTC).
- HashKey Global will close all positions and conduct an automatic settlement at 2026-04-03 10:40 (UTC).
- Settlement Price: Positions will be settled at the Moving Average Index Price recorded during the last 30 minutes prior to delisting. The settlement process will not incur any additional fees.
- To avoid potential losses, users are strongly advised to close their positions before 2026-04-03 10:30 (UTC).

The perpetual futures will be delisted at 2026-04-09 09:00 (UTC).
Please Note:
- Users are not allowed to open new positions for the aforementioned contract starting from 2026-04-09 08:00 (UTC).
- HashKey Global will close all positions and conduct an automatic settlement on the above Perpetual Contract at 2026-04-09 09:00 (UTC). Positions will be settled at the average mark price recorded every 5 seconds during the last 30 minutes prior to delisting. The settlement process will not incur any additional fees.
- The entire settlement procedure will be completed within 30 minutes. To avoid potential losses, users are advised to close their positions before 2026-04-09 09:00 (UTC).
