    HashKey Global 101: Your Step-by-Step Guide to Registration and KYC Verification
    Getting started with HashKey Global, the flagship global digital asset exchanges under HashKey Group, offering licensed digital asset trading services to users worldwide. Here's a step-by-step guide to walk you through the process, including registration, KYC verification, deposit&withdrawal, and tips for elevating your trading experience with us.

    Important Notes:

    • Restricted Jurisdictions: Please be aware that HashKey Global does not offer its products and services in certain jurisdictions, including the United States, Mainland China, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Additionally, support for documents from some countries or regions may be currently unavailable. For detailed information, please refer to our official announcement.
    • KYC Completion Time: The KYC process takes approximately 6 minutes once all the correct documents have been submitted.

    Step 1: Registration

    1. Prepare Your Email and Phone number: Start by preparing an email and a phone number, which will be used for registration and verification purposes.
    2. Visit Our Registration Page: Visit the HashKey Global registration page, select Global Station, switch the region to Global, and enter your email address.

    1. Complete the Sign-Up Form: Follow the prompts to complete the registration form, including setting up a secure password.

    Step 2: KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

    After successfully registering, the next step is to complete your KYC verification. This is crucial to ensure a secure trading environment for all users.

    1. Prepare Your Identification Document: For this process, you will need a valid identification document. We currently support passport / ID card / residence permit. Please ensure that your identification documents remain valid for at least 3 months from the day you submit your KYC.

    2. Upload Your identification document: To start the verification process, you'll need to upload your identification documents first. Ensure the image is clear for a quick verification process.

     3. Facial Recognition: After uploading your ID, proceed to facial recognition. Ensure good lighting and clear sight using your camera. The system will guide you, completing verification automatically upon a clear match with your ID.

     4. Overseas resident certificate information (only applicable to overseas Chinese): overseas ID cards, residence permits, work/business/student/family visas (non-tourist visas), and long-term visas are accepted. Please ensure that your certificate is valid for at least 3 months from the date of KYC submission.

     5. Proof of Address (if applicable): Acceptable documents include a utility bill, government tax bill or bank statement within the last three months with the name matching the ID.

    6. Financial Information: After uploading your address proof, you'll need to enter your employment information and financial information. To ensure swift identity verification, answer all the questions as required in a comprehensive and genuine manner.
     
    7. Agreement Signing: Carefully read through the Investor Business Terms and Privacy Policy and sign your name.
