KYC Completion Time: The KYC process takes approximately 6 minutes once all the correct documents have been submitted.
Step 1: Registration

Visit Our Registration Page: Visit the HashKey Global registration page, select Global Station, switch the region to Global, and enter your email address.

Complete the Sign-Up Form: Follow the prompts to complete the registration form, including setting up a secure password.
Step 2: KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
After successfully registering, the next step is to complete your KYC verification. This is crucial to ensure a secure trading environment for all users.
1. Prepare Your Identification Document: For this process, you will need a valid identification document. We currently support passport / ID card / residence permit. Please ensure that your identification documents remain valid for at least 3 months from the day you submit your KYC.
2. Upload Your identification document: To start the verification process, you'll need to upload your identification documents first. Ensure the image is clear for a quick verification process.
3. Facial Recognition: After uploading your ID, proceed to facial recognition. Ensure good lighting and clear sight using your camera. The system will guide you, completing verification automatically upon a clear match with your ID.
5. Proof of Address: Accepted documents include utility bills, government tax bills, or
bank statements dated within the last three months, with the name matching your ID.
6. Financial Information: After uploading your address proof, you'll need to enter your employment information and financial information. To ensure swift identity verification, answer all the questions as required in a comprehensive and genuine manner.
7. Agreement Signing: Carefully read through the Investor Business Terms and Privacy Policy and sign your name.
Congratulations! Once you have completed these steps, you are all set to start trading on HashKey Global.
