Notice on the Suspension and Maintenance of Fiat Services on Global Station – HashKey Global

Dear Valued Users,

To align with the strategic adjustment of our fiat business, HashKey Global Station will systematically suspend its fiat deposit services and temporarily wind down fiat withdrawal services. Please take note of the following arrangements and timelines:

Suspension of Fiat Deposits: Effective from 30 September 2026 (UTC), all fiat deposit channels will be officially suspended. Inbound fiat deposits will no longer be supported.
Deadline for Fiat Withdrawals: Fiat withdrawal services will officially cease on 23 November 2026 (UTC) (providing a 60-day notice period). Users holding fiat balances are strongly advised to initiate withdrawals before this deadline.
Withdrawal Fees & Important Balance Notice:
a. Self-Service Fiat Withdrawal: Users may initiate standard fiat wire withdrawals prior to the deadline, subject to the fixed bank processing fee of $30 USD per transaction. In accordance with Clause 16 of the Investor Business Terms, if you hold a balance exceeding $30 USD and fail to withdraw before the deadline, the platform reserves the right to deduct the applicable $30 fee and remit the remaining balance to your last registered same-name bank account.
b. Notice for Balances Below $30 USD: If your fiat balance is below $30 USD, the mandatory bank wire fee ($30 USD) will exceed your account balance. The net returnable amount will effectively be zero after deducting applicable channel fees, and the platform will not be able to process an external wire transfer.
Deprecation of Fiat Services: Effective from 23 November 2026 (UTC) all fiat deposit and withdrawal services on the International Platform will be deprecated, and we will no longer process any customer fiat transactions. Please note that fiat trading pairs may be reintroduced in the future, at which time we will announce and relaunch the relevant services through our official channels.
