    HashKey to Adjust Leverage and Margin Tiers for BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, and BTCUSD Contracts
    Dear Users,
    To further strengthen market risk management and improve the trading experience, HashKey Global will, effective 1 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8), adjust the maximum leverage, initial margin rates, and notional value brackets by margin tier for BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT (USDT-margined perpetuals) and BTCUSD (U-margined fiat contract).
    Users holding related positions or planning to open positions are advised to take note and prepare in advance.

    Please note:
    1. After this adjustment, the pairs will apply the new margin tiers (see Section 2). The contract maximum leverage remains 20x; specific parameters by tier are as set out in Section 2.
    2. Existing positions: Maintenance margin rates for the corresponding notional value ranges remain unchanged. Therefore, existing positions will not face additional maintenance margin requirements or liquidation solely due to this maximum leverage / initial margin rate adjustment.
    3. New openings: From 1 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8), new openings will apply the adjusted margin tiers. For the same notional value, the required initial margin may increase (subject to actual client rules).
    4. If you subsequently add to existing positions, the newly opened portion will follow the adjusted initial margin and leverage caps (subject to actual client rules).
    5. API / strategy users: Please review programmatic trading, conditional orders, and strategy parameters to ensure new openings do not exceed the adjusted leverage caps and that sufficient initial margin is reserved.

    3. Effective Arrangements

    1. From 1 September 2026 10:00:00 (UTC+8), new openings in BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, and BTCUSD will apply the adjusted parameters set out in this section and Section 2.
    2. Maintenance margin calculation rules for existing positions remain unchanged for the corresponding notional value ranges; liquidation and risk ratio displays are subject to the client.
    3. After the adjustment takes effect, you may view the list of tradable contracts and the leverage / margin tier details for the above pairs on the HashKey Global futures trading page, or via the Help Center.

    On June 30, 2026, we completed a platform service upgrade. After the upgrade, HashKey Exchange can support Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA, and Global sites within a consolidated app environment, and added a Web3 wallet entry point. Eligible users may access only the site interface and services available to them based on their region, account eligibility, and local regulatory requirements.

    After the upgrade, you can access the eligible site interface and services available to you within one app, view market information, manage account assets. Services and features may vary by site and are subject to what is displayed in the app.

    The Global site of the former HashKey Global App has been integrated into the HashKey Exchange App. You may search for HashKey Exchange in the app store to download and try it (more countries and regions will be supported in app stores gradually), or download and install the new app via https://global.hashkey.com/en-US/download. Log in with your existing email address or mobile number to access mobile services. Your account assets, KYC status, historical orders, trade records, deposit records, and withdrawal records have been securely and seamlessly carried forward.

    In addition, a Web3 wallet entry point was added in the app. The Web3 wallet service is independently operated and provided by HashKey Hub Limited, and is separate from the centralized exchange services provided by HashKey Exchange.

    The web platform will continue to cover the Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA, and Global sites and provide diverse and compliant trading services.

    HashKey Global will support the token migration from Toncoin (TON) to Gram(GRAM)
    Dear HashKey Global clients,
     
    HashKey Global will support the token renaming from Toncoin (TON) to Gram(GRAM). We will complete the renaming automatically for TON holders on HashKey Global.
    On 2026-06-30 10:00 (UTC+8), HashKey Global will suspend the existing TON trading pair (i.e. TON/USD) and cancel all pending trade orders. On 2026-07-10 16:00 (UTC+8), HashKey Global will resume trading of GRAM/USD trading pair.
     
    Migration Details
    TON tokens will be renamed to the ticker of GRAM at HashKey Global.
    All TON tokens will be renamed to GRAM at a ratio of 1 TON = 1 GRAM.
     
    SPOT:
    Trading Arrangement
    On 2026-06-30 10:00 (UTC+8), HashKey Global will suspend trading of the TON/USD trading pair.
    All pending trade orders will be automatically cancelled after trading suspension, including TON/USD grid trading standing authorities.
    HashKey Global will resume the GRAM/USD trading pair on 2026-07-10 16:00 (UTC+8).
     
    Deposits and Withdrawals Arrangements
    On 2026-06-30 09:00 (UTC+8), deposits and withdrawals of TON will be suspended. Note: deposits and withdrawals of TON will NO LONGER be supported after the announced time. Please make sure that you leave sufficient time for your TON deposits and withdrawals to be fully processed prior to the announced time.
    Deposits and withdrawals of GRAM will resume on 2026-07-10 15:00 (UTC+8).
    The token renaming from TON to GRAM may take some time to complete. During the process, you may experience temporary restrictions on viewing your TON assets in your accounts. Rest assured that all TON are secure and remain unaffected. Once the renaming is completed, you will be able to view the assets in GRAM.
    The GRAM/USD pair is expected to resume trading on 2026-07-10 16:00 (UTC+8).
     
    HashKey Global will handle all technical requirements for users who are involved in this event.

All operations involving assets, trading, transfers, and withdrawals are subject to explicit confirmation, whitelist restrictions, environment isolation, and audit logging to ensure end-to-end controllability.

    Agent Skills strictly adheres to the existing API permission system; users must apply for API keys and configure corresponding permissions themselves. The following control policies are built-in at the runtime level:
    • Operation Traceability: All "write" operations are recorded in auditable logs to ensure full transparency and accountability.
    • Client Confirmation: High-risk actions require explicit confirmation from the client before execution to prevent unauthorized operations.
    • Credential Management: API keys and sensitive credentials are prohibited from being stored directly within the code.
    • Domain Restrictions: The Agent is restricted to requesting only HashKey-authorized API endpoints, with all unauthorized external network access strictly prohibited.
    • Environment Isolation: A mandatory "Sandbox-First" principle is enforced. The system operates in a sandbox environment by default; switching to the production environment for live trading requires an explicit, multi-step confirmation process to prevent accidental operations due to configuration errors.
