On June 30, 2026, we completed a platform service upgrade. After the upgrade, HashKey Exchange can support Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA, and Global sites within a consolidated app environment, and added a Web3 wallet entry point. Eligible users may access only the site interface and services available to them based on their region, account eligibility, and local regulatory requirements.
After the upgrade, you can access the eligible site interface and services available to you within one app, view market information, manage account assets. Services and features may vary by site and are subject to what is displayed in the app.
The Global site of the former HashKey Global App has been integrated into the HashKey Exchange App. You may search for HashKey Exchange in the app store to download and try it (more countries and regions will be supported in app stores gradually), or download and install the new app via https://global.hashkey.com/en-US/download. Log in with your existing email address or mobile number to access mobile services. Your account assets, KYC status, historical orders, trade records, deposit records, and withdrawal records have been securely and seamlessly carried forward.
In addition, a Web3 wallet entry point was added in the app. The Web3 wallet service is independently operated and provided by HashKey Hub Limited, and is separate from the centralized exchange services provided by HashKey Exchange.
The web platform will continue to cover the Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA, and Global sites and provide diverse and compliant trading services.
